Frequently ask questions (FAQ's)

We say allow up to 28 days for delivery, but in reality this is normally much quicker. The hand finishing of some products means delivery times can be affected, however, we will endeavor to dispatch your order in the quickest time possible. Please note that due to demand, delivery times may increase following a collectors event.

A PropBott is simply an "L" shaped piece of acrylic used to hold a background image against the underneath and side of our acrylic blocks.

Yes you can, that is the beauty of the PropBott, you can either buy our sets of preprinted backgrounds or you can do your own.

Yes, although originally designed for collectors of higher end Austrian crystal, providing the collectible in question fits on the acrylic blocks they can be use for enhancing any collectible display.

No, we are a family run independent company with no affiliations.

The short answer is yes. However, with a little planning and care there is no reason for the blocks to get damaged. Placing objects on to the blocks rather than sliding them on will reduce the risk of damage.

It depends how deep they are, smaller surface scratches can be removed using an Acrylic Polish. In the near future we hope to offer a full range of care products. At this moment in time we can't recommend any particular product.
